I had no idea these $80 backpacks were so heavily faked! Usually it’s not worth it for counterfeiters to fake bags on this price range, but these Kanken backpacks are such good sellers that some organizations are selling fakes.
Don’t get tripped up! I almost did-and then my bag designer instincts took over. I would have found all the discrepancies eventually, but the real red flag for me was the unbound seams inside the bag.
I had another one of these sitting in my project pile as well and I might have been tricked by that one had I not gone down the rabbit hole for this blue one. It’s a much better fake than the one featured in this reel. Keep your guard up with this bag brand!
