Saddle Soap Method Part 1

Trying saddle soap for the first time on this Coach Legacy Shoulder Bag from 2007 #11127, because I don’t bathe lined leather bags.

This #saddlesoap method is popular with many bag restorers, but I hesitate to use it on most handbags because it formulated for equestrian leathers, with rosin and wax. I am thinking this would be a great product for horse hides, vachetta, and heavy saddlery leathers.

I am still deciding if this a Dr. Marten Wonder Balsam case or not. Sometimes a product gives immediate results so it gains popularity. However, like Dr. Marten Wonder Balsam, it might not be great for everything in the long run.
