Short answer is not really! You can get a “spa treatment” at the stores, which is a basic wipe down of the exterior with cleaner and conditioner. But if your bag needs a deep cleaning, you will need to figure something else out.
They do have a repair program, but they are not specific about cost or what they actually do. One viewer told me they sent in a bag that couldn’t be fixed and they got a generous for card to buy a new bag. 🤷🏻♀️
