This rehab was a little intimidating for me but once I dug in the path became clear, like so many daunting creative problems in the past.
First was a vacuum cleaning and a lint paper cleaning of the inside and seams. Next I used the easy suede cleaners to remove any stains and dirt.
I could have bathed this bag but didn’t want to chance it puckering. This leather is thin like a calf or goat skin and I didn’t think it could hold up in a bath.
In part 2 I will tackle the ink stains inside the hanging pocket & conditioning the exterior & handles. Stay tuned!
